Monoclonal Anti A and Anti B reagents extract from Murine hybridoma cell line.  These hybridoma cell lines produce from fusion of Murine Lymphocytes B and mice myeloma cells that after colonization contains Anti – A and Anti – B monoclonal reagents. These Antibodies can identify blood group from umbilical cord blood and weak blood cells belongs to A (A3, A3B) and B (B3) Subgroups. Monoclonal Anti serums with right dilution are suitable for using in automatic blood grouping instruments.
